We use Royal Mail, so please keep in mind that parcels are not collected from us on weekends, all orders from the weekend are sent on Monday mornings. The average wait time for your order is 48 hours, however this may be longer during busy periods.

Before you finalise your order, you will be given various delivery options to choose from.

If ordering next day delivery, keep in mind that the order will be sent on the same day if ordered by 2pm or the next day if ordered after 2pm. 

We work hard to try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
